At Almondsbury Garden Centre, we want you to be delighted with your home and garden purchases. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return most items within 28 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Email our customer service team or visit our information desk in-store to notify us of your intent to return your items.

  Package Your Item

  Securely package the product to prevent damage during transit; for fragile home decor or plants, please ensure they are well-protected.

  Return and Refund

  Drop off your item at our garden centre or ship it back to us; once inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.
