Every plant purchase includes a care guide. We recommend unpacking your plants immediately upon arrival, watering them if the soil feels dry, and placing them in a spot that matches their light requirements.
What is your return policy for garden furniture?
Garden furniture can be returned within 28 days of purchase, provided it is in its original packaging and unused condition. Please note that a collection fee may apply for large items unless the product is faulty.
Do you offer a guarantee on hardy plants?
Yes, we offer a 2-year hardy plant guarantee. If a hardy plant fails to thrive within two years of purchase, please bring the plant and your receipt back to us for a replacement or credit note.
Can I click and collect my order?
